What does a text message analyzer show?
Grey Mirror does not guess from one dramatic text. It reads the thread as a timeline, measures repeated patterns, and labels what is supported, uncertain, or missing. Upload a full message history to measure response timing, reciprocity, repair attempts, escalation, and follow-through across the whole thread, so the preview can show what changed and where the evidence starts. Its configured pipeline combines 29 default analyzers, one optional analyzer and a 142-label communication taxonomy, and it is backed by Kesher Psychological Services.

On a Mac there is no export step at all. Grey Mirror for Mac is a free native app that reads the Messages and Apple Mail conversations already on the machine: there is nothing to export by hand and nothing to find in Finder. Grant access once, pick a conversation from the list, and press Analyze. The thread is then sent to Grey Mirror for analysis, so the computation is not local-only; uploads and reports that were never unlocked are deleted on a seven-day schedule, an unlocked report stays in the account until it is deleted, and nothing sent is used to train models.
Grey Mirror runs on the web, on a free iPhone app, and on the free Mac app, with one account across all three. It works with iMessage, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Telegram exports.
